Just Pho you on your birthday, my Love!

As you know from my previous posts, I haven’t been feeling well. I thought I was getting better since yesterday, but as soon as I was done making dinner today I started feeling bad again. Greeeaaattt!!! ūüôĄūüôĄ Anyways, this post today isn’t about me, but the Husband.

What does our relationship look like?! Exactly like this! ūüĎÜ ūüĎÜ

On a sweeter note:

17 years of you and me. I have never needed anyone to give me anything I wanted, but you made sure to give me what I needed. In times of my greatest loss, twice you loved me back to life. You were my strength when giving up and letting go seemed like the easiest thing to do. You loved me until I loved myself with all my flaws. We grew up together, growing individually, but as partners too. My dreams became our dreams. You are my opposite. Quiet, shy, reserved, and nonchalant. But in our secret garden, you have shown me how much love you have to give me. My favorite moments with you will always be falling asleep in your arms laughing. I love you with all the butterflies I still feel for you after all these years. Happy birthday to you, my Love. ūüíē

It is traditional to eat noodles for one’s birthday in our family. The Husband is celebrating his 35th birthday, so I decided to make a Vietnamese Pho Soup for a change. I am not Vietnamese and I live in France, so I tried my best to make it as authentic as possible. The Husband enjoyed it immensely!
