Hey, you! Here we are again with the Batch Cooking series. I sincerely hope you've been enjoying the first two articles I posted (click here and here).
So, after figuring out what equipments you have and meal planning, it's time to go grocery-shopping!
The idea of Batch Cooking is to save time and money. In my experience, I make my shopping list for the week based on the meal plan I finalised. I save time because I never have to worry about what to eat and I save money because I only get what I need (ingredients and quantities included).
So here's the meal plan I came up with (click here):
Now that you have your meal plan, write down a temporary grocery list. Temporary because you might have to cancel out some stuff that you might already have, for example - oil, vinegar, salt, paprika powder, and etc ... Now that I think about it, it might be interesting to come up with some sort of inventory list. Hmmmm ... that sounds like a good idea, I reckon.
