Living abroad: What do you miss most about home?
For me, after friends and family, it's definitely got to be the food. Especially the kind that brings me back to my childhood days. Maybe not the healthiest, but the one that brings me most comfort.
It's taken a while for me to find this, but last July we finally visited Epicerie Neudorf in Luxembourg. It's about 1 hour and a half from where we live, but it's the Filipino store that's the most "nearby". It's a bit pricey (we paid 145€), but for the first time in a long time, we were able to buy some of our favorites (especially the frozen products). 😊😊
