Weekly Meal Plan: June 13 - 18, 2022

Oh gosh, I feel like the week just went like 💨💨 !! Summer break is almost here, so this usually equals to a very hectic and busy time for me. I didn't even film any recipe video! I cooked my Roasted Chicken, which everyone loves by the way 😀, for an IG collaboration (leftover makeover) and I was supposed to film that, but it just didn't work out that way. Hopefully, I can film it soon and share the secret to my delicious Roasted Chicken! 😉😉

According to the weather forecast, this week is gonna be crazy hot. 🥵 There is no way I'm spending time in the kitchen cooking on the stove for more than 15 minutes or baking during a heatwave so this week I will be making mostly sandwiches and salads!
