When was the last time I posted a meal plan on my blog? 🤔 I have no freakin' idea and I have no excuse!
Truth is, I haven't really been using any meal plan since the beginning of this year. Tsk-tsk. Every week, we go to the grocery store, buy meat, rice, vegetables, and fruits, and then I usually make a quick stir-fry. I kinda blame my husband's new work situation for this. You see, he changed work early January and it has completely changed our meal organization. I kept putting it off and you know what, life got in the way. But I am finally doing it. No more stir-fry, take-outs, and eating out. From now, I'm planning our meals again!
As you probably guessed, it is strawberry season and I simply cannot get enough! I need my daily dose of strawberries. I was honestly getting sick of the limited winter fruit choices. We're slowly nearing summer, which means my favorite fruits are right around the corner. Yay!
