Eggs Mimosa | Recipe

Updated: May 19

Hey, you! ๐Ÿฃ

The classic Eggs Mimosa, or Deviled Eggs, is THE appetizer I like serving during Easter. But it can also be served at any holiday meal too.

This is the most basic version of eggs mimosa. It is quite flexible according to one's taste. Add mustard for more tanginess. If you want it to be spicy, add Sriracha. You can also add tuna, shrimps, or bacon for that extra flavor. It's all up to you. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

I'm not a big fan of eggs, but there's something about eggs + mayonnaise that I just love! Normally, I make my homemade mayonnaise because it is so much better than store-bought and easy to make, but for today I used store-bought.

The ratio of egg and mayonnaise is 1:1. One egg for one tablespoon of mayonnaise. That's how I like it, but you can always adjust it whatever way you like it.

What's your favorite way to eat eggs? ๐Ÿณ

xoxo Elodie
