Garlic Shrimp

Hey, you! What's up?

When I was younger, I used to think that a good meal had to be a complicated one. I know better now. I know that some of the most delicious dishes can also be the easiest to prepare.

Recently, the Husband and I were home for lunch while our daughter was at school. I realized that he was unfortunately working for Valentine's Day so I thought I would cook something special and delicious for the two of us.

Garlic Shrimp is the perfect dish to impress anyone. Especially, those who like lots of garlic and seafood, that is.

Garlic Shrimp | Easy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Lots of garlic (!!), minced

  • Shrimps, uncooked

  • 1 tbsp. Tomato paste

  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a cooking pan.

  2. Add the butter and let it melt.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add the tomato paste and stir.

  5. Add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink.

  6. Stir well so that the shrimps can evenly coated by the tomato paste and garlic.

  7. Add a tablespoon of water. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  8. Finally, add roughly chopped parsley.

  9. Ta-da! It's done! Enjoy war. 😊
