Hey, you! 😍😍
On our second night in Paris, we stayed at Hotel Les Deux Girafes (click here for their website), a 4-star boutique hotel located in the 11th arrondissement.
So, Why do I HATE Hotel Les Girafes so much? 🤔
Well, so far, I can't seem to find a reason why!
First, I love Giraffes. ❤️
Is it because it's a boutique hotel? I like their personal touch. Engraved glass water bottles, the industrial look, black hotel slippers ... just to name a few!
Is it because it's located in a small passage way? No, it's pretty close to metro and bus lines and walking distance to stores and cool places.
The noise level? Actually, it's surprisingly very quiet once you're inside. It has a very romantic and relaxing vibe.
Limited services? They have a bar, care treatment, fitness room, concierge and 24/7 reception service. What more can you ask for? Oh wait, there's also a renewable art gallery too!
Is it the personnel? Noooo, they're all super friendly. They greet you with a genuine smile and are super willing to help.
The room? The room has a coffee machine, a safe, and even air-conditioning. In Paris, that's still unavailable in many hotels! 🙏
Is it the cleanliness? Even that is perfect! Not a spot of dust and with my allergies I would immediately be able to tell!
Are children allowed? Yes, we're staying in one of the family rooms and it's just perfect for the 3 of us. We all have our own bed - a double and a single.
Then it's the bed? The bed is as comfy as it looks! We all surprisingly took an afternoon nap and it was the best we've had in a while.
So you see, I don't have any reason why.
Maybe I don't hate this hotel after all - I might even LOVE it!
The Family Room was composed of 1 double bed + 1 single bed.
I absolutely loved the color combination of the room and bathroom!

The room came equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, coffee and tea, complimentary water, safe (with working batteries 😜), a mini-fridge, a luggage carrier (thank God! 🙏), bathrobe (love this 💙), and slippers!

The Fitness room is equipped with machines anyone would need to work out.
There is also a massage room which we unfortunately could not visit.
There was also an art gallery.
Apparently, they regularly change and feature different artist and their work.
Beautiful at night too.
Cozy and comfy.
Home away from home.
And then came the next day and breakfast. Maybe that'll be the negative point of this stay. I'll get back to you on that - stay tuned!
