Ikea's SAS Citron and Dill

Hey, you. What’s up everyone? I still can’t believe that back-to-school is just a couple of days away. Baby Girl has been on a break for 2 months now. But soon, we will be back to early wake-up calls, school, homework, and quick meals.

Ikea – what a great store!!! I’m sure thousands would agree with me. But I don’t just go to Ikea for its furniture and decors, I also like to shop in their epicerie. I like to buy their frozen meatballs, but I also like their Citron (Lemon) and Dill Prepared Sauce.

Here’s what I used to make dinner tonight:

  • 3 Salmon fillets

  • A handful of shrimps (which you can omit)

  • A pack of SAS citron and dill sauce

  • Broccoli

  • Rice

In a dish that goes to the oven, I put the salmon, the shrimps, and the sauce. Bake in a 180 degrees Celsius preheated oven for at least 25 minutes. At the same time, I prepared the broccoli and the rice.

After 25-30 minutes, everything should be ready to be served.

For those who are iffy about buying prepared sauces, another alternative could simply be cream and dill or crème fraiche and dill. I do that also, but from time to time I like this option too.

Product: Ikea’s SAS Citron & Dill / Lemon and Dill sauce – 2.30 Euros / 250g
