In October, I saw a video for Lasagna Soup online and I made a mental note to try to make it one day. We love Lasagna, so I knew that we would probably love this too. As it is officially soup season, I was only too happy to try a new soup recipe. I usually make Creamy Vegetable Soup or Filipino Soups such as Sinigang, Tinola, or Pochero. But since I made this Lasagna Soup last month, it has become a family favorite. So much so that I have lost count of how many times I've made it so far and that won't stop as far as I know!
What's great about this is that you get all the flavors of a delicious hearty lasagna in a comforting soup form! Yum! 🤤🍲
I think I'm gonna share a video for a drink next week. I'm not sure which one yet, but probably something that will go with the festive season. 🎄🎅
