Of Meditation and Mindfulness

I have news for ya! Recently, the application Namatata (click here) gave me the opportunity to try their app for 1 month.
When I was in my 20's, I never thought much about meditation. Then I turned 30 and the thought entered my mind. So it almost felt like it was meant to be when I was contacted to test the application.
So I started with morning meditation, sometimes with the Husband sometimes not, and because I loved it so much I've also included it in my night routine. More and more, I'm really appreciating discovering the basics of meditation. As soon I'm finished with a session, I feel light but at the same time I also feel this sort of energy running in my system.
Meditation has encouraged me to take some time off during the day to look after myself. It gives me a sense of calm and peace. When I am done, I feel focused and ready to continue my day.
By the way, in case you're wondering, the app is both in French and English. But I have to be honest and admit that I prefer to hear it in French. The French-accent English just throws me off. 😅😅
