I don't know about you but as I get older, I appreciate more and more food gifts for Christmas. Especially the kind that's homemade. That is why the Husband and I have been giving these Roasted Almonds with Cinnamon and Honey to our friends and family each year. We keep getting positive feedbacks, but there is just one little catch - these are quite addictive! 😊😊`
This isn't my personal recipe by the way. I took it from the Cookomix website (click here). I follow each time the exact recipe except for one little thing - I don't use salted butter. Instead I just use the regular one. The original recipe asks for sea salt as well which I find is enough already. I'm not a fan of cinnamon, but the mixture of the melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt is amazing!
Just a little tip: make sure to follow the cooking time. Don't let them get too dark so you don't have an after taste, but let them cook enough so they turn out wonderfully crunchy.
