I'm so happy to share with you our weekly meal plan. Now that I'm working mainly from home, I've given up batch cooking (click here). So what I try to do now is make enough food for leftovers for the next days. In the past, I already shared with you some our weekly meal plans (click here and here) and I thought I would start doing that again. I love doing this because when I run out of meal ideas, I find it convenient to look through my repertoire.
I'll be sharing the recipe for the Creamy Shrimp Gochujang Pasta on our social media this week. Hopefully, I'll be able to do the same for the Salmon and Leeks Quiche and Chicken and Mushroom Pie, but no promises.
