I can't believe it's gonna be Easter at the end of the week. Never thought that I would be celebrating it this way this year. In fact, if things had been "normal", we would have celebrated at my niece's house. But things are not "normal", so we are celebrating at home, just the 3 of us. The Husband will be working the morning shift, so I'll prepare our Easter Sunday meal in the evening. I am, however, going the traditional way for Good Friday. No meat and if all things go well our traditional Filipino Biko. Yummmm 😋😋 My mouth is watering by just the thought!
This week's meal plan looks very international if I do say so myself. A little bit of Italian, North African, and a lot Asian!!
