Last Saturday, I posted an Instagram Reels for the Chicken and Mushroom Pie I made last week (I'll post the recipe here tomorrow). It's a family favorite in Spring. Unlike the Husband and I, S doesn't like eating rice every day Hahaha so I try to include new recipes in our meal plan. When I first made this pie, I was so happy to see her eating very enthusiatiscally! ❤️
So here's our meal plan for this week. Someone asked me if I cook all of this and the answer is more or less yes. Sometimes we'll have take-out or we'll eat out, so I don't end up cooking what was planned. I just store the ingredients for another dish the week after.
