It will officially be Autumn this week and as much as I love summer, I am super excited to start cooking stews and soups. I've actually noticed that it's easier for me to lose weight during the summer because I eat way lesser than in autumn and winter. There's just something so comforting about autumn food. It's very warming which we don't really need in the summer. Who wants to cook when it's 40 degrees Celsius outside, right?? 😅
As you can see, I have included several stews and soups this week. Couscous Royal has a very special place in my heart, although my husband might not feel the same as I do. But that's a long story. 😆 I am making Seafood Pasta al Cartoccio for the hundredth time this month because I tried to film it for a reels last week and it just didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. So I hope this time will be right, but hey, we love Seafood Pasta al Cartoccio, so no one is really complaining. 😂😂
