Here we go again - another week, another weekly meal plan.
I'm going grocery shopping in 2 days. I really hope that unlike last week, I'll be able to get everything I need in the store. But I have to admit I made a mistake last week. I went on Tuesday, right after the 4-day Easter weekend. I should have known better. I wasn't able to make everything I had planned to, but I came up with alternative solutions. Thankfully, I was able to buy from the fruit and vegetable place - that helped me a lot!
I hope I won't have to do that with this week's meal plan, because I'm pretty excited about it!
