This week we will celebrate Lunar New Year and as tradition goes, we will eat Dumplings. Lunar New Year is all about traditions and eating lucky food. Eating Dumplings is important because in fact, they look a lot like money pouches and are said to represent fortune and prosperity for the coming year.
As much as I love eating Dumplings, I especially love making them with family. It's always a great moment of laughter and fun. And in my mind, I always think - making memories, one dumpling at a time. ā¤ļø
