I'm pretty sure you're familiar with Pasta Bolognese, but have you already had Risotto Bolognese? I hadn't until I tried it last year using the Thermomix.
I've already talked about it here, but the Thermomix (click here for the post) is a lifesaver especially when it comes to making Risotto. We love Risotto, especially our daughter, but honestly I find that it's a lot of work to make from scratch. After a long work day, I just don't see myself continuously stirring the risotto to perfection. And the thing is, I always find that the rice always comes out uneven. That simply doesn't happen with the Thermomix. It always comes out perfectly cooked.
For a while, I liked to prepare the Chicken and Mushroom Risotto (click here for the post), but I thought it was time to try something else for a change.
