I went grocery shopping with a friend yesterday and it was so much fun! Problem though is that because we decided on it at the last minute, I didn't bring my grocery list so I ended up buying whatever I could think off the top of my head. But at least I wasn't hungry so I was reasonable although I did forget to buy a few things. Blame it on the gossiping. Hahaha.
As much as I hate this rainy season (it's been raining non-stop for like 4 weeks here!), I love this season for the stews and soups I can finally cook and enjoy. I love eating salads in the summer, but there's just something heartwarming in a rich and delicious stew. Yummmm! And because we're in France, it's also the season for Fondue, Tartiflette, Mont d'Or, and Raclette. We haven't had any yet, but that should be coming next.
